Postage and Handling

Eckankar will ship requested items according to the method you specify. The postage-and-handling amount reflects the cost of handling and mailing the items.

Mailing-Tube Surcharges

There is an extra cost for items sent in mailing tubes. This surcharge will be calculated automatically as you add applicable items to your shopping cart.

• For art posters, the 16-by-20 photograph, and the large Worlds of ECK charts, the surcharge is $5 for 1–10 items, $10 for 11–20 items, etc.
• For every clergy banner, there is a $5 surcharge.

Insurance

If you require insurance on your shipment, please contact Student Services to place your order.

Sales Tax

Minnesota residents will be charged 8.375 percent sales tax. This is automatically calculated.

Shipping Restrictions

Eckankar cannot ship items to all countries. To order items, your country must be available for selection on the Shipping Address screen during checkout (click the drop-down menu next to "Country").

Certain items cannot be sent to certain countries (e.g., audio and video recordings to countries in Africa). If you live in such a country, you will be asked to remove any such items from your order.

Special Requirements

Some Eckankar items are available only to students of Eckankar or to those serving in special areas of responsibility. To access these items, log in at Eckankar Student Log-in.

Please take note of the following:

• Postage-and-handling amounts are subject to change without notice.
• Eckankar reserves the right to request additional shipping-and-handling costs.
• Surface shipment is not available outside the United States and Canada.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery time (see chart below), contact Student Services.
